SEAN GALLAGHER, 20, of Jerome Way, Shipton on Cherwell, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply 75g of cannabis, found in Kidlington on September 27, 2021. He also accepted being concerned in supplying the class B drug between July and September. He was given six months’ detention in a young offenders’ institution suspended for 18 months. As part of the suspended sentence order, Gallagher must complete 120 hours of unpaid work and up to 10 rehabilitation requirement days with the probation service. The former cannabis dealer was also ordered to pay the prosecution costs of £85.

JOHN WARD, 34, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Kia Sportage on Banbury Road, Bicester, despite the authorities having revoked his licence. He was caught behind the wheel of the 66-plate Kia on August 5, 11 months after his licence was revoked. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

MOHAMMED HOQUE, 28, of Sorrel Road, Oxford, admitted threatening a man with a kitchen knife in a private house in Sorrel Road on June 22. The magistrates imposed a six month prison sentence suspended for a year and a half, with 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The knife was forfeit, and he was also required to complete a mental health treatment programme. Hoque was also ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

IMRAN HUSSAIN, 44, of Causeway, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her on June 4. He received four months’ imprisonment and was given a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim or going to her home having drunk ‘intoxicating liquor’. He must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA SEYMOUR, 33, of Norman Avenue, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Dacia Sandero on Vineyard, Abigndon, on March 24. A urine test found he had 220mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of urine. The legal limit is 107. Seymour was banned from driving for 19 months, fined £415 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £166 victim surcharge.

MAREK OSINSKI, 51, of Victoria Road, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to damaging a woman’s living room window on December 5 last year. He was fined £266, ordered to pay £250 compensation and must pay £141 in costs and surcharge.

PETER ADDAI, 74, of Balfour Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing an iPhone by finding at Oxford railway station on April 4, 2022. He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £47 in costs and surcharge.
