JACK RELF, 19, of Broughton Poggs, West Oxfordshire, admitted being almost three times over the legal drink drive limit. Tests showed he had 97mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath after he was stopped behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta in St Giles, Oxford, on April 16. The legal drink drive limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates imposed a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for two years. He was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

AHMED ABDALLA, 36, of Grenoble Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated threatening behaviour at the John Radcliffe Hospital on May 1, using disorderly behaviour on the same date and possession of cannabis. He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a £154 victim surcharge.

MASTAZHER HUSSAIN, 29, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury, was found guilty of driving a BMW dangerously on Dukes Meadow Drive on May 23, 2021. The district judge imposed a 20 week prison sentence but suspended it for a year and a half. He was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for a year. The judge also ordered the driver pay £128 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

TIMOTHY WALL, 40, of Main Road, Long Hanborough, admitted stealing two bikes in Witney last May. He was fined £80 in total and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the CPS.

OLIVER BROWN, 20, of The Rydes, Bodicote, admitted possession of a kitchen knife in High Street, Banbury, on July 23 last year and personal possession of half a dozen wraps of cannabis. He received a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

VICTOR VASILE, 20, of Spackmans Way, Slough, admitted stealing a pair of men’s shoes from the Burberry store at Bicester Village and a jumper worth £447 from the Dolce and Gabana outlet at the same shopping park. The district judge ordered he do 120 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and imposed £85 in costs.

JAMIE CROOK, 36, of Thornley Close, Abingdon, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra on the A415 Marcham Road last December while over the drug drive limit for ketamine. He was fined £225, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £175 in costs and surcharge.

MUGILAN MUTHALAGAN, 25, of Hollow Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Voi e-scooter on Oxford Road, Cowley, on April 17. Tests showed he had 49mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, around one-and-a-half times the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was fined £80, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £57 in costs and surcharge.

NICHOLAS WALKER, 43, of The Causeway, East Hanney, admitted breaching a restraining order after he was found in a property in Wantage on May 2. The order banned him from going to the house. He was jailed for 26 weeks.

ADAM KELLY, 46, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis in Kidlington on February 9, 2022. He received a three month conditional discharge.
