MARIUS OROS, 28, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order by being inside a property in Dover Avenue, Banbury, in breach of an order imposed by the Oxford magistrates in December 2021. He received a community order with requirements to complete 120 hours of unpaid work, the probation service’s ‘building better relationships’ programme and up to 30 additional rehabilitation activity requirement days. The bench ordered he pay £85 in prosecution costs.

GEMMA FENNER, 43, of Cowley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article – a letter opener – in Cowley Road on January 23 and using threatening behaviour on the same date. She received a community order with a six month mental health treatment requirement and was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

BRANDON HURST, 28, of Thames Street, Oxford, admitted driving a black motorcycle on St Aldates, Oxford, last October while over the drug-driving limit for cannabis. He was fined £138, disqualified from driving for a year and must pay £140 in costs and surcharge.

STUART MOORE, 58, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man in Oxford in March. He received a community order and was banned from Little Clarendon Street for six months.

LEWIS COLLINS, 24, of Circourt Road, Denchworth, admitted possession of cocaine at his home address in April. He was fined £180 and ordered to pay £157 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD CONNOR, 50, of Tudor Road, Wyesham, Monmouthshire, was found guilty of driving an HGV on the A34 at Marcham while over the legal limit for cannabis. He was fined £660, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £775 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £66.

ELLOUISE VINE, 31, of Lambton Close, Oxford, admitted breaking two living room windows at a house next door in Lambton Close last October. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge. Two allegations of assault, which she denied, were dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service.

FARAH HOOSEIN, 44, of Sopwith Way, Kingston, pleaded guilty to drink driving a white M Sport on Barns Road, Oxford, on Christmas Day last year. Tests showed Hoosein had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. The bench imposed a £400 fine, 14 month driving ban and ordered the driver pay £280 in costs and surcharge.

ELLIOT CLARK, 29, of Colwell Drive, Witney, admitted using disorderly behaviour in Witney in February. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay compensation of £150.

RUDY POLLARD, 46, of Yew Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing licence plates worth £50 in Oxford in March. The magistrates ordered Pollard pay the £50 in compensation.

WOKECIETH LESNIAK, 59, of Torridge Drive, Didcot, admitted driving a Renault Laguna on Falcon Drive, Didcot, while over the drink drive limit. He was slightly more than twice the legal limit, blowing 73mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £450, banned from driving for 18 months and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £180 victim surcharge.
