A DRIVER has been caught speeding at 58mph in a 30mph zone.
Officers from the Thames Valley Police roads policing team have been monitoring the speeds of drivers in Bayswater Road, Headington, this morning.
In total, eight traffic offence reports were issued, with the highest speed recorded at 58mph, in a 30mph zone.
