PHILIPPE ANTONIETTI DE OLIVEIRA, 30, of Troy Close, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 29 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CATHERINE HANDS, 30, of Gaveston Road, Harwell, was convicted of driving without a driving licence in East Hendred on September 19. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

RYAN ANTHONY PARRY, 19, of Nuthatch Way, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a driving licence and without third party insurance on August 5 and 6 in Bicester. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CARL RUSHBY, 20, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a driving licence and without third party insurance on October 17 in Banbury. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JASMINE SIMPKIN, 28, of Tullis Close, Sutton Courtenay, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on December 12 in Botley. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSHUA MALCOLM STOCK, 23, of Mill Lane, Benson, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 11 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66, court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DONNA LORRAINE WILLIAMS, 50, of Cherwell Road, Berinsfield, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 17 on the A4074 Berinsfield. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66, court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABDUL REHMAN BANARAS, 33, of Sandford Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on September 25 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85

SCOTT RONALD BROOM, 47, of Taverner Place, Oxford, admitted two counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order on February 15 and 17 in Oxfordshire as well as committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks.

CHARLOTTE MOORE, 18, of Woodbridge Close, Bampton, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on October 30 in Bampton. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

Adam JOHN TAYLOR, 35, of Dunnock Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on December 8. He was made subject to a community order to include programme requirement for 30 days and rehabilitation activity requirement for 18 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

NICU COTEA, 59, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on November 12 in Oxford. Had 172mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

FLORIN HARALAMBIE, 47, of West Street, Banbury, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on November 14 in Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

EVA SLOKA, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two alcoholic beverages from Tesco, Oxford, on January 9 valued at £57.50 and a bottle of spirits valued at £28.50 on January 22, as well as obstructing an officer in the execution of their duty and failing to surrender to custody. She was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. She must also pay compensation of £28.50.

ROSALIND MARGARET COURAKIS, 78, of Sandfield Road, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention on June 21 in Oxford. She was fined £76 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

HAYDEN SHAUN TOBIN, 18, of The Square, Abingdon, admitted trespassing on a railway line in Radley on February 19. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.

DAVID DICKINSON, 47, of Norris Close, Abingdon, was convicted of assaulting a man in Abingdon on August 31 2018. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and he must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £100.

JAMIE ROBERT DICKINSON, 48, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, was convicted of assaulting a man in Abingdon on August 31 2018. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. He must also pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £100.

CHERISH ALYSIA CURTIS, 23, of Herald Gardens, Abingdon, was convicted of assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily harm on February 24 in Southmoor as well as causing criminal damage to the rear wing of a police vehicle to the value of £455.90. Also admitted two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. She was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. she must also pay a victim surcharge of £90, compensation of £200 and £200 court costs.

MATTHEW JONATHAN WEBB, 38, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two perfumes valued at £128 from Boots, Oxford, on February 7, and breaching a suspended sentence. Jailed for 28 days and must pay £128 compensation, a £122 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.
