BARRY MICHAEL NEWPORT, 74, of Hailey Road, Witney, admitted three counts of making indecent images of children on or before February 28 in Witney. Had four category A images, one category B image and 31 category C images. He was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years and a community order to include 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

JESSICA POPISTICA, 24, of no fixed abode, admitted three counts of begging in a public place on November 5 and 13 in Oxford. She was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

Jermaine Ashford JONES, 37, of Parler Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on September 29, October 6, 13 and 27. His community order was varied to a total of 160 hours of unpaid work to be completed, equating to 10 additional hours.

MOHAMED AZAR BASHIR, 27, of Woodfield, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 20 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

NIKOLAY KOSTADINOV NENOV, 33, of Stonehill Walk, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 19 in Abingdon. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

NIKOLAY STRANDZHEV, 24, of Family Farm House, Weston-on-the-Green, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 27 at St Giles, Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KARL EDWARD MCKENZIE, 51, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis on February 7 at Saxton Road, Abingdon. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

HAROON SARWAR, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of harassment by breach of a restraining order in Oxford on November 29 and August 7. He was find a total of £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

SHANE PAUL ADAM WINDEBANK, 29, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a driving licence on November 19 in Witney, as well as possessing a quantity of cannabis. He was fined a total of £340 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

FRASER ROBERTSON WORRALL, 20, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, admitted possession with intent to supply cannabis on June 13 in Banbury and being concerned in the supply of cannabis between October 1 2018 and June 14 2019. He was made subject to a community order to include seven rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

OSMAN TAHIR, 49, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register by failing to register an annual notification on September 10 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

YASIN OMAIR HAMID, 22, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis at Horspath Driftway, Oxford, on October 20. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

KYLE WITHERS, 20, of Dunstan Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on August 31 at Bunkers Hill, Kidlington. He was fined £288 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £250 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

ZAHID MAHAMMED IQBAL, 31, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, was found guilty of assaulting a man at Oxford Retail Park, Ambassador Avenue, on August 7. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £100 and court costs of £400.

LIAM BRENDAN O'NEILL, 27, of Ellaway Road, Steventon, admitted assaulting a man in Steventon on July 7 as well as using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour causing another harassment, alarm or distress. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £160, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £500.

JAMIE ASHLEY PRATT, 22, of Yew Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on October 29 as well as causing criminal damage to clothing to a value unknown. He was made subject to a community order to include 27 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation totalling £150, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MARIA ENACHE, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing clothing to the value of £1,142 from Next, Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford, and clothing valued at £969.98 from Gap, Oxford, on December 3. She was made subject to a community order to include a six-month exclusion order not to enter Oxfordshire and she must pay a victim surcharge of £90.

RICHARD HAMILTON, 34, of James Street, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £41.50 from Tesco, Oxford, on November 25. He was made subject to a community order to include 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a drug rehabilitation requirement. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90.

LEIGH PETER MILES, 46, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing chocolate to the value of £16.50 from Iceland stores, Banbury, on November 14 and failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include a three-month exclusion from Iceland stores, Banbury and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90.

ANDREW SILVER, 37, of Queens Road, Carterton, admitted going equipped for theft with a foil lined bag on July 24 in Witney. Also admitted stealing a bottle of rose valued at £3.30 from Marks and Spencer, Witney, on August 29, and stealing alcohol to the value of £67.30, £37.80, £97.50, £120 and £47.70 from Tesco, Witney, on July 11, May 20, June 20, July 7 and May 20, and vodka, Courvoisier and champagne valued at £129 from Sainsbury's, Kidlington on December 4. Jailed for 12 weeks and must pay £50 compensation.
