ELLIOTT Moore should be able to make his Oxford United return for next weekend’s trip to league leaders Portsmouth.
The U’s skipper has missed the last three games with a hip problem, but is set to return to full training in the next few days.

United head coach Des Buckingham said: “The medical team have assured me he’ll be fine for Portsmouth, so he’s due to return to the grass on Monday or Tuesday.”
In Moore’s absence, the U’s have drawn with Wycombe Wanderers and Northampton Town, and suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to Leyton Orient yesterday afternoon.
With Fin Stevens and Oisin Smyth back in contention for United, it means only wide duo Marcus Browne and Kyle Edwards remain on the sidelines, with longer-term injuries.
