Nearly £1000 has been stolen from a Chinese restaurant in Oxford after a string of burglaries on Cowley Road.

Rice Box on Cowley Road was first broken into on Wednesday (March 27) at around 6am.

This is the fourth time that this has happened, police have said.

Other similar incidents happened on March 11 at around 1.40am, March 14 at around 4am and March 17 at around 3am.

Food, a mobile phone and an electronic tablet have also been taken.

Thames Valley Police has released two images of individuals they would like to speak to in connection with the burglaries.

Investigating officer, PC Thomas Horsman, said: “We believe the individuals in the images may have information about this series of burglaries.

“If you are pictured, or you recognise who they may be, please get in touch."
