A DRIVER charged with dangerous driving after a crash in which a woman in her 50s ‘suffered life-changing injuries’ has had a trial date set.
Jordan Marks, of Stone Meadow, Oxford, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (December 21) after the accident which involved a small white car, a van and a pedestrian in Great Clarendon Street, Oxford on March 6, 2021.
The 32-year-old was charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving to Carole Steele and driving a motor vehicle dangerously.

Marks was due to enter a plea but the arraignment was delayed due to the evidence not being uploaded to a digital system, allowing his barrister to advise him properly.
However, a trial date has been set for December 16 next year with the assumption of a not-guilty plea.
