A new cafe will be opening soon in Oxford city centre.
The unit at 12 Broad Street was previously the Triple Two Coffee Shop and before that Isola.
It was also Gillman’s Shoes for many years.
Triple Two opened its branch in Broad Street following an investment of more than £100,000 in 2019.

The premises was extensively refurbished with seating provided on the ground floor and in the basement.
The Broad Street branch was run by a manager working with six full and part-time staff but the cafe opened just a short time before the pandemic struck and did not last.
An opening date for Theo's Cafe is not yet known but a sign on the window says 'coming soon'.

It is one of a number of new cafes opening in Oxford.
NewGround, run by a Headington roastery opened in Ship Street in July, and Il Corno, a new cafe and bar opened earlier this month in the Covered Market.
The Victorian Christmas market filled part of Broad Street for four days earlier this month, and Oxford City Christmas Market will run there from November 30 to December 23.
About a year ago the county council completed a pedestrianisation scheme for Broad Street costing £500,000.
Parking spaces were removed and planters and seating were introduced.
The county council said at the time it wanted to deliver new access to green space throughout Oxfordshire’s urban areas, to promote wellbeing, and a greener cityscape while encouraging less reliance on cars for local trips.
