Five men have been detained by police after reports they were behaving “suspiciously”.

Two Incident Crime Response teams and a police helicopter worked together yesterday to find and detain five “suspicious males” in Bicester.
This resulted in one missing person being returned home and one man will be dealt with for possession of class B drugs.
