Most people think of traffic queues when Swinford Toll Bridge is mentioned.
But Oxford Mail Camera Club member Ian White managed to find beauty beneath this bridge when he took this shot to tie in with the latest weekly theme, ‘light’.
Mr White arrived just at the right time to capture the bridge’s arches bathed in a golden glow, with the orange light reflecting in the water.

There were so many striking submissions this week from the club’s snappers that it was difficult to pick a winner, but this beautiful image stood out.
Each week camera club members are given a theme and then submit photos based on the subject matter.
The pictures feature in the Oxford Mail every week after being posted on the club’s Facebook page.
One picture is then chosen as photo of the week and usually it relates to the given theme.
The next theme for club members is ‘happiness’.
