A teenager arrested for attempted murder after an attack in Greater Leys has been been bailed, police said.

The 18-year-old from Oxford was arrested on Monday. It followed an attack in Nightingale Avenue, Greater Leys, on Friday night when two men in their teens were seriously injured.

Today, Thames Valley Police said the teenager, who was arrested on suspicion of two charges of attempted murder, has now been bailed by detectives. 

Two others, men aged 17 and 18, were arrested over the weekend and by Monday morning had been released on bail.

Another man, 18, from Reading, was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and dangerous driving on Saturday and later bailed by police.
