Cowley Road Carnival celebrated its 20th anniversary last year with a ‘virtual event’ and will return this year on July 3.

Details have not yet been announced but organisers said last year: “We will be back in 2022 stronger than ever. Planning starts soon.”

Organisers enjoyed one of the biggest events in 2014 when about 45,000 people attended. Here we feature some archive photos.
