A man from Wantage, was charge a total of £1,810 for failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon Police Station after pleading guilty in August 06 at Oxfordshire Magistrates' Court.
David Andrew Cottrell, 51, from Cobweb Cottage, Lyford, Lyford, Wantage plead not guilty on February 07, with verdict proved in absence in March, 25.

He failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he committed an offence under section 3A, 4, 5 or 5A.
On March 25, he failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 25.
His plea was taken into consideration when imposing the sentence.
