AN OXFORDSHIRE woman has been fined £50 for dropping a cigarette on the floor.
Kenzie Hutt, of Ludbridge Close in Wantage, admitted to littering at a hearing at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 8.
The 21-year-old discarded a cigarette on Bury Street in Abingdon on Wednesday, May 12.

Hutt’s actions were contrary to section 87(1) and (5) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
She was fined £50 by the court and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Hutt’s guilty plea was taken into account when imposing sentence.
Dropping litter in the UK is illegal with the courts able to fine offenders up to £2,500.
