OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT

ORREAN JACOB, 38, of Centaury Place, Oxford, admitted drug-driving on Pegasus Road, Oxford on October 12. He had 9.8mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £233, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANNY CARVELL, 31, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on Churchill Road, Bicester on November 20. He had 4.1mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LESTER McCALLA, 43, of Diamond Drive, Didcot, admitted stealing a bicycle in Didcot on January 11. He was ordered to pay compensation of £500.

BENJAMIN MILLS, 36, of Gladstone Road, Oxford, admitted drug-driving on Gladstone Road, Oxford on October 25. He had 221mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ISAIAH ST CLAIR, 23, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted drug-driving on Merlin Road, Oxford on November 2. He had 4.2mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

WILLIAM CARSON, 39, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted harassment on Routh Road, Oxford between March 8 and April 1. He was made subject to a restraining order and must not contact the victim until May 6, 2023. He also admitted assault by beating on Routh Road on March 1. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £250.

JACEK KONIOR, 48, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted harassment in Banbury on May 2. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

JOSH JAMIESON, 19, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on Banbury Road, Chipping Norton on November 8. He had 5.4mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

APRIL KEENLYSIDE, 21, of Colwell Drive, Witney, admitted drink-driving on Carterton Road, Carterton on October 28. She had 118mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. She was fined £253, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ADELINO DA COSTA MONIZ, 27, of Arthray Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance on London Road, Oxford on August 9. He was fined £392, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LEE McFAYDEN, 47, of Hill Road, Watlington, admitted driving at more than 70mph on the M40 Tetsworth on November 30. He was fined £692, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £69 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SOPHIE LORDAN, 20, of Kempson Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of breaking coronavirus restrictions by participating in an indoor gathering of two or more persons on Mary Price Close, Headington on December 11. She was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and court costs of £90.

ROGER RADBURN, 45, of O’Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £32 from Tesco on April 3. He also admitted stealing £12 of chocolate from WHSmith and £27 worth of items from Hotel Chocolat on the same day. He was jailed for 20 weeks.

PATRYK SLOMCZEWSKI, 30, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, admitted driving whilst disqualified on Alma Road, Banbury on February 6, 2019. He was fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABRAHAM BUCKLAND, 47, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on Queens Way, Banbury on November 6. He had 11mcg of cannabis in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KENNETH SORRELL, 38, of Forge Place, Fritwell, admitted drug-driving on the A4095 Bicester on October 20. He had 33mcg of MDMA in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 10mcg. He also admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine. He was fined £460, ordered to pay a £46 victim surcharge and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 59, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from imprisonment. He was fined £50.

ZACK HARI, 33, of Brunswick Place, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was fined £40.

HEATHER HUGHES, 53, of no fixed abode, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on Kingfishers, Grove on May 4. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.

BRANDON KING, 19, of Padley Close, Chipping Norton, admitted two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm in Oxford on March 27. He also admitted two counts of criminal damage. He was made subject to a community order, and must attend appointments with a responsible officer for a maximum of 30 days and carry out unpaid work for 40 hours. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95.

ROGER CROOKS, 47, of London Road, Headington, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from imprisonment. He was jailed for 10 days.

SARWAR AHMED, 37, of The Avenue, Kennington, admitted driving without third party insurance on Banbury Road, Oxford on November 14. He was fined £444, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MELISSA BALL, 28, of Woodcote Road, Caversfield, admitted driving at 70mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 Bicester on March 14. She was fined £223, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
