DRIVERS have been warned to expect 'major delays' on trips into Oxford today.
Motorists have been sitting in gridlock for up to 35 minutes.
Oxon Travel wrote on Twitter: "We are seeing major delays of up to 35 minutes on inbound routes into Oxford City.
"Use Park and Ride only, very limited spaces in car parks and Oxpens car park is closed."
