A MAN who stole almost £500 of alcohol from Tesco has received a community order.
Lee Peacock, of no fixed abode, snatched booze totalling £490.50 on nine separate occasions between July 22 and August 15.
He also caused criminal damage to the value of £1631.68 and took £35 of Ted Baker toiletries from Boots on July 23.

The 26-year-old pleaded guilty to all counts, which took place in Oxford, and breached a community order made after three thefts of alcohol in September and October last year.
Peacock was handed a new community order to include drug dependency treatment and must pay £520 in compensation.
