WITH Summertown Villa currently up for sale in Oxford for £10m, we have been looking through our archives at some of the other properties demanding sky-high prices in the city in recent years.

A property on Charlbury Road also features, which was named the 12th most expensive street in England and Wales in December.
Nearby Crick Road in North Oxford, which also appears, had previously been regarded as the city's most expensive street - Lloyds research in December 2016 listed the average house price there as £4.5m.
