TRAVELLERS have invaded a field in Oxford to set up camp nearby a children's playground.
Six caravans, each with a vehicle alongside, pulled up this afternoon at the Oatlands Road Recreational Ground, in west Oxford.
The vehicles appear to have got on to the grounds entering from Ferry Hinksey Road, through a small car park opposite West Oxford Primary School.
The area, marked in red, in which the travellers have parked up.
It comes after travellers moved in to the Kassam Stadium car park last week, believed to be the same group who took over Pear Tree park and ride on the Tuesday before.
