A 36-hole golf course set in the South Oxfordshire countryside has been placed on the market for the first time in 40 years for £4.5m.
Greys Green Golf Course is close to Henley-on-Thames, which is famous for its Royal Regatta, and as a whole extends to 279.17 acres with an 18-hole course, two 9-hole courses, a driving range and a clubhouse with a car park.
The golf course, known as the Dog Golf Course as it all started in the dog field on Greys Green Farm, is up for sale as a whole or in two parts.

However, the owner has said no “subject to planning” offers, option agreements or land promotion agreements will be considered.
The first substantial portion of land is around 258.93 acres and comprises a 9 and 18-hole course, together with blocks of woodland and the site for a “small but yet undeveloped” 4-hole course.
Additionally, it houses a driving range, clubhouse, and parking facilities, making it a comprehensive golfing venue
There is also a 20.26-acre lot which is a partially landscaped 5-hole course with road frontage and a block of woodland providing roadside screening.
Subject to planning permission, it could be used as a potential site for the location of a more formal entrance and a site for a clubhouse and associated facilities.
The sale of Greys Green Golf Course is managed by Simmons & Sons Surveyors LLP, who give specialised advice on residential sales and lettings, commercial property, development, new Homes and rural and agricultural property within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
