Midfielder Lloyd James makes his first start since breaking his leg in September in this afternoon's home game against Gillingham.
James, who came off the bench in Wednesday's 1-0 win at Coventry City, is brought into the side in place of Marvin Bartley while Dean Cox has recovered from his groin injury to replace Jake Taylor.
Andrea Dossena, Ryan Hedges and David Mooney also come into the side in place of Nathan Clarke, Jobi McAnuff and Darius Henderson.
Orient have climbed out of the relegation zone and are targeting a third consecutive win for the first time this season.
