A SHOTTS firm founded 63 years ago in an outhouse with one hotplate is
now one of the town's largest employers. Bell Bakers Ltd, which has an
annual turnover of #5m, yesterday announced more than 20 new jobs at the
official opening of a new plant. The labour force is increased to 135 at
Hawthorn Bakery.
