FOXLEY won through to two of the Glasgow Bowling Association

Championship finals at Mount Florida next month after wins last night in

the semi-finals for singles hope Bill Campbell and their senior four

skipped by John Rodney.

Campbell clinched his place in the singles final with a convincing

21-10 win over Jim Morton, from Rutherglen. The Foxley man made a dream

start, racing to a 13-0 lead after just seven ends, and went on to

complete victory with a single on the twentieth end.

Rodney's rink edged out the senior four from Anniesland by 16-13.
