Dunedin Property Group's Q Court office development is now complete.
Located in Quality Street, on the north-western approaches to the city,
the development is part of Dunedin's strategy of providing office units
on arterial routes around the periphery of Edinburgh. Their Kittle Yards
scheme at Causewayside, south of the city centre, and NWS House on
Gorgie Road to the west, are similar parts of the development strategy.
Q court was designed to be sympathetic in style to its neighbours and is
constructed in traditional materials -- but the offices are laid out in
modern, open-plan format. There are five adjoining units and a private
