A woman had her purse stolen in a robbery in the TK Maxx car park in Banbury today.
Shortly before midday, a man grabbed a woman in her late 20s and took her purse.
Police described the thief as white, in his early 20s with ginger hair.
PC Mike Bromell said: "I am interested in speaking to two elderly people who were sitting in a dark grey car and spoke briefly to the woman after the incident happened."
