THE talented Steve Gibbons and his band return to The Mill Theatre, Banbury on Saturday, March 24 to thrill fans with another evening of their own brand of music.

The line-up features the high energy drumming and showmanship of Brendan Day and funky six-string bass virtuosity of Roger Inniss.

Add to that the brilliance of ace guitarist PJ Wright (said to be Britain's number one slide player) and you have The Steve Gibbons Band - and the guarantee of a fantastic night of music and song.

Steve Gibbons, who has been in the music business for over four decades, has survived ever-changing trends by being himself.

He is a story-telling performer backed by a hard driving, country flavoured, classic rock and roll band and he enjoys a loyal and still growing audience.

He visits The Mill regularly in various line-ups apart from his own band, most notably with The Dylan Project - and is said to be the UK's closest approximation to Bob Dylan.

Cliches about maturing with age are all true in the case of Steve Gibbons and Banbury gets another chance to enjoy this fine band on Saturday.
