OXFORD RL will be without Adam Dent as they aim to break their duck in the Kingstone Press League 1 Shield with a victory over South Wales Ironmen at Tilsley Park, Abingdon tomorrow (2pm).
Dent was injured in the 66-0 defeat by London Skolars – Oxford’s third successive loss in the competition.
Head coach Tim Rumford’s team will be looking to bounce back against a side they have beaten twice already – 18-4 in the Challenge Cup and 38-18 in the league.
A victory would give Oxford some breathing space ahead of the bottom three.
South Wales head into their third shield match having beaten University of Gloucestershire All Golds 28-20 but lost 22-4 to Hemel Stags.
