CAMERON King scored twice as Vale of White Horse Schools Under 14s defeated Mid Oxon 5-3 in an entertaining Vale Cup contest at Milton United.
Ben King opened the scoring for Vale and Cameron King added a second before Dylan Butler replied for Mid Oxon before half-time.
Butler equalised from a left-wing cross early in the second half.
But Cameron King restored Vale’s lead and Harry Fisher made it 4-2 after good work by Sam Clift.
Moez Ghrab scored for Mid Oxon with an excellent strike from 20 yards, before Fisher netted again to wrap up the scoring.
Josh Davies excelled in defence for Vale, and Harry Moreton was outstanding in midfield.
Mid Oxon keeper Will Phipps made a number of good saves to prevent a heavier defeat for the visitors.
