BANBURY United scored three times in five minutes to secure a 3-0 win over Lowestoft Town.

Giorgio Rasulo saw his penalty saved by Warren Burwood early on, but Banbury were given another spot-kick before the break and Henry Landers made no mistake.

Kelvin Langmead doubled the lead in the 40th minute and Ben Acquaye scored seconds later to keep Andy Whing’s side third in Pitching In Southern League Premier Central.

In Division 1 Central, Didcot Town went two goals down inside nine minutes at home to Aylesbury United – but still almost claimed a stunning victory.
