Ardley United beat Royal Wootton Bassett 3-1 to set up an Oxfordshire derby at Banbury United in the Emirates FA Cup.
The north Oxfordshire side came through their preliminary round replay, thanks to Anaclet Odhiambo's double and a Liam Talboys strike.
They visit the Spencer Stadium in the first qualifying round next weekend.
Elsewhere, Easington Sports beat Cinderford Town on penalties in their replay, after drawing 2-2.
Harvey Billing and Henry Rose scored in normal time to book their place in the next round at Cirencester Town.
