OXFORD United's Owen James has been recognised for his achievements on and off the pitch.
The 18-year-old is included in an XI for February by the League Football Education organisation.
Making the team is an acknowledgement of progress on the pitch and in the classroom.
James, who made his senior debut in the final game of last season, was on the bench at Blackpool last weekend.

He has also been a key part of United's successful under 18 side and played regularly in the under 23's Premier League Cup campaign.
Regional Officer Gavin Willacy said: "Owen is an extremely polite and friendly young man, who is a credit to the club.
"He is expected to achieve a double Distinction in the BTEC Diploma and has completed his NVQ and FA Coaching award, while he has been a regular starter and scorer for the Under-23s in the Premier League Cup and moved into first team contention in recent weeks.”
