Colin Whitehead takes on Mark Charlett in an all-Headington battle in the Oxfordshire singles championship final at Shiplake Village on Sunday (2pm).
Whitehead came from behind to beat Carterton’s Alan Prew 21-16 in the semi-finals at Thame BC.
Charlett was always in control on the way to a 21-10 win over Banbury Borough’s Richard Redford.
The finalists go forward to the National Championships at Worthing next month.

ABINGDON BC will be represented at the Bowls England National Championships at Worthing for the first time since 1977.
Their triple of Roy Pyniger, Peter Rogers and Bill Turner won through the Berkshire semi-final, defeating Three Mile Cross 22-15 at Suttons (Reading).
They now go through to the Berkshire finals day at Morlands on Sunday, August 7, before Worthing.
