Banbury's Stuart Tipton romped to an impressive victory in the Carterton Triathlon.
Tipton completed the 400m swim, 24km bike ride and 5km run in 1hr 7mins 3secs – more than a minute ahead of runner-up David Swann.
Jim Stewart (1.08.22) was a further eight seconds behind in third.
Claire Vallance, from Oxford, was the first woman home in 1.14.08.
She finished in 13th place overall, more than six minutes and 20 places ahead of Jenny Wilson.
Kate Evans was third in 1.22.05 as 132 competitors took part in the event.
