HORSPATH Hammers riders put in strong performances at the prestigious Ade Gale Laurels meeting.
Lukasz Nowacki, Zac Payne, Will Jeffery, Jack Ellis and Owen Johnson all competed in Poole.
A heavy fall during his fourth ride resulted in Payne withdrawing from the senior event, leaving Nowacki to fly the flag for the Hammers.
He did not disappoint, finishing third overall to make it three successive years on the podium.
In the juniors, it proved to be a case of what might have been.
Defending champion Jeffery finished fifth on his return from injury.
Ellis was seventh, with Johnson joint tenth.
