ANDY Webb won Littlemore AS’s Keith Mills Memorial Cup on the River Thames at Donnington.
He caught two bream on the groundbait feeder with worm and a few skimmers with maggot for a weight of 13lb 12oz 0drms.
Chris Webb was forced to settle for second after his pole was blown into the river.
His haul of 7.1.0 included a three-and-a-half pound perch.
Gordon Collier was third with 5.5.0 Gerald Perks claimed the overall Winter League title, with Pete Clarke landing the Points Shield.
