Abba Athletic got their Banbury District Lord Jersey FA Division 1 campaign off to the perfect start with a convincing 5-1 win against Bishops Itchingdon.
Trailing to a first-half strike, Abba levelled when Barry McConnel tapped in after the keeper could only parry a fierce Matt Drew drive.
After the break, Colin Gilmere, Michael Lewis and Matt Drew, plus an own goal completed their nap hand.
Heyford Athletic started life in the Premier with a 2-0 win against Bardwell – both goals coming after the break.
Adam Barker broke the deadlock early in the second half with a peach of a free-kick into the top corner.
Shortly afterwards, Keith Adams slotted home their second to wrap up victory.
