DORCHESTER booked their place in the semi-finals of the Nairne Paul Cup after an eight-goal thriller and a 4-2 penalty shoot-out victory over Milton United A, writes RICHARD UNDERWOOD.

The North Berks League sides were locked at 4-4 after 90 minutes, with Adam Fairhurst, Lewis Aprea, Jordan Lyne and Joe Marriott netting for Dorchester.

Mark Baker, Will Jones, a Nathan Kerry own goal and Brandon Hewerdine ensured the draw.

In the shoot-out, Joe Woodham notched the winning spot-kick to put Dorchester through.

Hagbourne United Res reached the semi-finals of the AG Kingham Cup with a 3-1 win over Drayton Res.

Their goals came from Joe Parish, Jake Lee and Chris Hewitt, while Matthew Stephens replied.

In league action, East Hendred thumped visitors Steventon 5-1 in Division 1.

Chris Brind bagged a brace, with further goals from Alex Watts, James Darling and Mike Hootton. Andy Cooper netted for Steventon.

Saxton Rovers Res eased past local rivals Drayton 4-1, thanks to goals from Carl Archer, Kyle Brown, Frank Haines and Paul Churchouse. Drayton replied through Luke Black.

Blewbury saw off visitors Sutton Courtenay 2-0 with goals from Lee Chapman and Boyan Thorpe.

Faringdon Town Res went two points clear at the top of Division 3 with a 2-1 win over Marcham.

Andy Munns and Tommy James were on the mark, with Marcham replying through Tom Graham.

In Division 4, Harwell & Appleford went joint-top with a 4-1 win at home to Marcham Res.

Billy Baker and Matthew Moxon bagged braces, with Billy Wilson pn target for the visitors.
