Al Rogers hit a hat-trick in a 5-2 victory over Carterton Town A to send his side back to the summit.

A Craig Mays penalty and Rory Linford-Pill strike added to the tally, with Jack Gibson and Tom Cairns replying in vain for Town.

Chipping Norton Town are fourth after a 2-1 win at Charlbury Town.

Steve Fitzgerald scored for the hosts, but strikes from Rhys Warner-Carter and Kieran Watts won it for the visitors.

Bampton United’s survival hopes were boosted after a 3-0 win over Eynsham SSC in Division 1.

The bottom side are three points from safety after Steve Newman (2) and Frazer Cooper scored.

Bampton would have moved up a place were it not for FC Nomads also getting maximum points in a 2-0 win over Chadlington.

Jon Room’s treble saw Division 3 strugglers FC Mills beat promotion hopefuls Hollybush Res 3-2. Danny Brearley and Luke Turner replied.
