THAME United remain three points adrift of the Evo-Stik South League Division 1 Central play-off places after a 1-0 defeat at home to Peterborough Sports last night.
Paul Malone scored the only goal of the game two minutes before half-time for the visitors, who went top.
Meanwhile, Ardley United are through to the Uhlsport Hellenic League’s Perpetua Press Floodlit Cup final.
Troy Bryan scored in a 1-0 win over Flackwell Heath on Monday evening.
Ardley will face either Binfield or Ascot United in the final.
