LUKE Cuff scored twice as Kings Arms Wheatley saw off nine-man Oxford Yellows 4-1 in the only Critchleys UTV Premier League fixture, writes TIM SIRET.

Cuff’s double strike before half-time sandwiched an equaliser from Daniel Warne for the Yellows, who tired after the break.

Shaun Pearce tapped in after Aftab Hafiz’s free-kick was spilled, before James Luckett completed the scoring.

Max Burton netted a hat-trick as a rampant Mansfield Road ran out 6-2 winners at home to Division 1 strugglers Sutton Revolution.

The hosts built a 4-0 lead by half-time, with two from Burton and goals from Brendan Bradley and Mo Hankir.

Jason Fisher scored twice for the visitors, but a strike from Peter Lefort and Burton’s third goal wrapped up victory.

There was a remarkable comeback in Division 2, where Red Lion Islip came from 3-1 down to win 5-3 with ten men at home to Research Machines.

Leaders Yellow Eagles had to come from behind with a goal from Duncan Howell as they were held 1-1 by Rutherford Lab, who had taken the lead through John Hawkins.

Cholsey United climbed to second with a 3-0 win against Didcot Casuals. Chris Allum scored twice, while Paolo Di Pasquale grabbed the other.

Division 3A leaders Abingdon Exiles lost for the second time in as many weeks, as goals from Jamie Hiscock and Westlea Brandish gave Forest Hill a 2-1 win. Leigh McKiernan had opened the scoring.

Tim Holtom hit four goals as AFC Crowmarsh stayed seven points clear in Division 3B with a 6-1 rout against Northway Boys & Girls Reserves. Adam Philips and Liam Strudwick also found the net, while Will Oliver hit a consolation.
