OXFORDSHIRE recorded back-to-back victories in the their ECB Women’s County Championship T20 double-header at Bicester & North Oxford.
They started with a thrilling one-wicket win over Cornwall in their Division 3 Group A match, last pair Abi Currie and skipper Samantha Moore holding their nerve to seal a tense success.
They then beat Gloucestershire by three wickets later that afternoon after Kate Brine (3-12) and Charlotte Noble (3-18) starred with the ball.
- LIAM Turnbull, from Wantage, hit an unbeaten 150 for Hampshire Under 15 in their ECB County Championship match away to Isle of Wight.
Turnbull carried his bat in an innings that lasted 132 balls and included 16 fours.
