OXFORD MCCU earned a draw with Gloucestershire in a rain-affected three-day match in Bristol.
Asked to bat, the first-class hosts resumed on 84-3 on Saturday after drizzle had delayed the start until 2.50pm the previous day.
The hosts went onto declare on 466-7, thanks to George Hankins (118) and Gareth Roderick (115).
Alex Wilkinson took 3-85 for Oxford.
The students had half an hour to bat before stumps, closing on 21-0, before putting on a stubborn resistance on the final day as they were dismissed for 175 in 71 overs.
Tom Heathfield dominated the innings with his 85 off 199 balls including 12 fours.
Gloucestershire, with a lead of 291, then reached 33-0 in their second innings as the captains shook hands.
