HOOK Norton all but clinched the Banbury Indoor League Division 1 title following a comprehensive 88-run success over Castlethorpe.
Led by Andrew Dickie’s unbeaten 30, Hooky rattled up 144-0, before dismissing their opponents for 56.
Only an unlikely series of results in the final week can deny them the crown, following holders’ Sandford St Martin’s defeat by Ruscote.
Cropredy moved out of the relegation zone with a 37-run success over Chipping Norton.
