OXFORD City’s Dan Blake came second in race three of the Tempo Winter Series at Ilmington, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
Blake covered the 10.13k course, which involved the ascent of the infamous Larkstone Hill, in 36mins 37secs, 15 seconds behind Oscar Barbour (Stratford).
Blake’s time also gave him first place in the V35 class.
His clubmate Mark Tyrrell finished sixth overall.
