Horspath Hammers produced a clinical display for the Sky TV cameras, defeating Birmingham 92-85 in their Elite League top-of-the-table clash.
After a number of drawn races, Hammers moved four points ahead when Lewis Bates and Steve Harris teamed up for a 7-3 triumph in heat nine.
With little between the teams, a Lewis Osborne and Mark Boaler 7-3 in heat 14, quickly followed by a 6-4 from Shaun Rudman and Mark Carmichael in the 16th, was enough to seal victory.

Horspath’s Combination side maintained their 100 per cent record with a storming 82-47 win over Birmingham.
George Horsley, Richard Harrison and Simon Munden were all unbeaten.
