Oxford City rider Tom Yeatman took the honours in their ten-mile time trial on the fast A40 course at Witney in the Beeline Bicycles sponsored summer series.
Yeatman finished nearly a minute ahead of clubmate Rich Harrison with a time of 20mins 16secs.
Four Oxonian CC riders achieved personal bests.
Lewis Hutton took 12 secs off with 22.21, while Emma McDermott beat her best by 30 secs with 23.34.
Gavin Tilson went 39 secs faster than ever before with 22.44, but the rider who looks to be the rising star of the season was Jem Line who took a massive 1.37 off her previous best time with 26.03.
The Oxford City tandem pairing of Jan Newman and Paul Granger recorded 21.42.
Fastest men: 1 T Yeatman (Oxford City) 20mins 16secs. 2 R Harrison (Oxford city) 21.15, 3 M Rowley (Oxonian) 21.20.
Fastest ladies: 1 E McDermott (Oxonian) 23.34, 2 W Gundry (Oxonian) 25.56,3 J Line (Oxonian) 26.03.
