Morocco’s Mariem Alaoui Selsouli, one of Oxford City ace Hannah England’s Olympic 1,500m rivals, has reportedly tested positive for a banned substance.
Selsouli, who has already served a two-year doping suspension between 2009 and 2011, topped the 2012 rankings with a time of 3mins 56.15secs.
But she could now face a lifetime ban from the sport.
