Frilford Heath’s Tom Fleming will line up in the Open at Lytham next month after coming through qualifying yesterday.
Fleming shot a 72 at The London to book his place in the sport’s showpiece event on July 19.
The qualifiers at the Sevenoaks course were led by Tyrrells Wood’s Gary King and Denmark’s Christian Baunsoe, who shot 70.
Meanwhile, Jose Maria Olazabal and Colin Montgomerie missed out in their qualifier at Sunningdale.
